The crane is a type of rotary tower crane with the working jib installed at the top of the tower body. The maximum lifting load ranges from 4 to 64 tons, while the length of the working jib ranges from 30 to 80 meters. With large working scope, the tower crane is mainly used for vertical and horizontal transmission of building materials and installation of building components during houses construction.

Based on H336B tower crane, TC7030-12 hammerhead tower crane is newly developed by our company. It is a multi-function high-level slewing and self-elevating crane with a horizontal arm and a trolley travel system for the driver cabin. The self-erecting crane consists of metal structures, driven mechanisms, a hydraulic jacking system, an electric control system and safety devices, etc.

As for production hardware, we use cutting-edge equipment to produce the best horizontal jib cranes. We have spent 200 million RMB in introducing foreign robotic devices. Our newly introduced advanced equipment reaches up to over 200 sets. As a result, our production equipment has already come up to domestic top level.
Furthermore, over 90 percent of our components and parts are welded using full-automatic robotic welding streamlines from Panasonic. Our welding system can adaptively adjust both welding angle and welding current, which contributes to high welding accuracy, neat and smooth weld joint, high permeability, energy conservation and environment protection. Unlike manual welding which would be influenced by workers' emotions, the robotic welding system can always ensure stable performance and high efficiency. We can assure our customers that welding quality of our main stress components in our hammerhead tower cranes has already reached the advanced world level.
Last but not least, we always pursuit good product process. We have set up preparation lines for large sheet material and structural sections, spraying lines, pre-welding treatment lines for steel, post-welding shot blasting and paint spraying lines. In addition, automatic numerical control flame cutting lines are applied for cutting stock to ensure the accuracy of components.
