Our die-cut lids are made of high quality aluminium foil with a thickness of 0.02 to 0.050 mm, and are coated with various sealing lacquers or sealing film to guarantee optimal and hermetic sealing on to polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene thermoformed or injected containers.
We have over 100 dies in inventory to provide aluminum foil lids with diameters ranging from 26mm to 133mm and with different shapes including round (with or without U- or V-shaped pull tab), square and triangle to satisfy various customer needs of die-cut lidding film products. If you have a need for specially-shaped foil lids, we can also develop new dies and particular die-cut lidding solutions to suit your existing form-fill-seal packaging machines while enhancing your production and packaging efficiency. Furthermore, our aluminum lidding foil can be provided with or without printing. The printed lidding foil with LOGOs and patterns is customizable with up to 8 colors, and the unprinted lidding foil is offered in original color of aluminum or white color.

Easy-to-peel die cut lid is a commonly used foil lidding type sealed with appropriate hot-seal adhesive based on the container material, and is suitable for packaging dairy products, snacks, instant food, etc. Good sealing tightness and smooth peeling experience will surely make consumers love your products.
- Uneasy-to-peel die cut lids
Uneasy-to-peel die cut lids offer significantly better sealing tightness and tearing resistance than their easy-to-peel counterparts, they are an ideal lidding material for coffee pods, steamed/boiled food containers, etc. Considering the differences in material choosing and application scenarios, we’ll carefully develop the suitable lidding solution after confirming the customer’s requirements.
- Embossed die cut lids
Embossed die cut lids are suited to almost all packaging applications. Our embossed die cut lids offer great reliability in container sealing and packaging. With horizontal and vertical textures on lid surface, good tear resistance, user-friendly touch feeling and matte looking are achieved.
- Unembossed die cut lids
Unembossed die cut lids are more bright-colored than embossed ones. With no-texture smooth surface, bright color and unique pattern, the lidded product will be more distinctive in shelves. Besides, unembossed die cut lids are offered with better tear resistance.
