Scraper Conveyor
Description
The TGSS series scraper conveyor is a conveying machine which is sealed inside the casing with a rectangular cross-section for continuous conveying of bulk materials by means of moving scraper chain. This series of scraper conveyors have a highest chain speed of 0.45m/s, a longest conveying distance of 60m, and a maximum conveying capacity of 95m3 per hour.
At the tail of the equipment is set with a movable body that can minimize the residue of materials. Moreover, flexible scraper plates and drag flights are arranged on the chain, which can also reduce the material residue on the head of the conveying section to the maximum extent, so as to prevent cross-contamination of different materials.
The TGSS series scraper conveyor is widely used in horizontal conveying of materials in feed, chemical industry, grain depot, port, wharf, malt, oil, many other industries.
