This selection of UHMWPE pipe production line is one of our latest patented products, and is dedicated to the production of steel wire mesh reinforced UHMWPE pipes.
Description of the pipes produced by the UHMWPE pipe production line
The pipe produced by the plastic pipe extrusion line consists of three layers. The inner layer is made of UHMWPE, while the outer layer is normal PE or UHMWPE and the middle layer, as the reinforcement layer, is steel wire mesh. Thus the pressure withstanding level could reach 6 MPa. Besides, the pipe's anti-wear performance is also greatly enhanced. Due to the great flexibility, the pipe is suitable for long-distance underground pressure conveying system.
Feature of the UHMWPE pipe production line
1. The plastic extrusion machine for pipe inner and outer layers are HUAYA patented UHMWPE pipe extruders which have excellent extruding performance for UHMWPE.
2. The extrusion equipment for all the three layers can be controlled either independently or together.
3. We use the PLC control system to make the entire UHMWPE pipe production line more precise.
