FC -4 air inlet produced by YUYUN SANHE adopts the design of mechanical exhaust and air supply in negative pressure, realizing the function that the dirty air in the room will quickly discharged out of the room and the fresh air out of the room enters the room after nature balance without opening the window. Then the indoor and outdoor air flow exchange is formed so it will ensure the indoor air quality. At present, this air inlet is mainly used in the large-scale chicken farm.
FC -4 air inlet is made by injection molding with high quality PS engineering plastic which adds quantitative anti-aging agent so they have strong anti-aging performance and longer service life.
There is special designed structure on the top edge of windowsill and the top part of window, which makes the small window be closed more tightly.
Our products adopt enhanced bird proof grid design and it is fixed by bolts instead of traditional buckled groove fixation, which can avoid the damage of the grid in the transport process effectively.
Both reset spring and pulley holder are made of stainless steel, which make them have longer service life; pulley gear adds special designed pulley for pull rod, which can place wire rope or connecting rod in the pulley in order to open the small window more flexibly and install it more conveniently.
Customers can choose to add special lens hoods, which are connected by bolts. It is easy installation and cost saving.
Customers can choose to add air deflector, which can adjust angle automatically according to the open size of window.
Outline dimensional drawing- The walls for small window installation should be at grade.
- The area within 15 cm around the small window should be solid wall (can install expansion bolt) and cannot be air brick.
- The inner side of the lower edge should be higher than the outside in order to avoid rainwater flowing backward.
- Pre-embedded wooden frame should be on the same level with the inside wall of the chicken house.
- The reserved size of the hole: 560X270mm.
