Tongue and Groove Milling Device
Cutting cart carries side plate and cake to the tongue & groove area, to cutting the cake both two sides. Generally, the width of block is 600mm, and the width of panel is 608mm. For panel, it will have an extra cutting on groove.
The tongue and groove milling device can be used for the production of AAC block and panel. Especially in AAC panel production, this device is necessary and critical. The tongue and milling knives are hung on the pillars and can be changed with the panel type accordingly. This procedure is controlled by a PLC system.
The tongue and groove milling device comprises with a pre-milling station, a second milling station, and corresponding roller type clamping devices. Specifically, the pre-milling station comes with two kinds of milling cutter for shape forming. The cutter goes to the working position by the spinning of the roller. The second milling station is designed to process groves of 1-3mm in depth on the AAC surface (the actual depth relies on the concrete's brittleness and surface shape).
