Liquid Filling and Stoppering Machine
The liquid filling and stoppering machine is primarily used for glucose, antibiotics and other infusion liquids, which can complete filling and stoppering operations under room temperature and high temperature conditions. The equipment is also suitable for amino acids, fat emulsion, oral liquid, nutrition liquid and biological agents.
- The liquid filling and stoppering machine adopts Germany GEMU pneumatic diaphragm valves for filling, ensuring high accuracy. In addition, it achieves No Bottle, No Filling, resulting in no waste of liquid.
- During filling process, there is no forced friction of mechanical parts, which prevents particulate pollution. This conforms to GMP requirements.
- The filling heads can be easily, quickly assembled and disassembled. In fact, users just need to loosen two M6 bolts for disassembly purpose. Additionally, the bottle inlet screw features mobile structure, so it can be easily replaced with screw of different specification by only removing and installing two M8 × 25 bolts. This allows convenient change of infusion bottles in different sizes.
- The sensitive level gauge in the filling barrel is located at a distance from the liquid inlet, so the inlet tube will have no effect on it when filling liquid. In addition, the liquid filling and stoppering machines stably rotate at low speed, which contributes to the smooth liquid level, thus ensuring the stability of the pressure in the filling barrel.
- The machine is easy to operate. All settings can be set directly from human-machine interface. The electronic control system adopts advanced PLC and variable frequency speed control technologies, which ensures smooth, convenient startup, shutdown and specification change operations.
- With CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) unit, the machine can be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized to meet high hygienic standards.
- The liquid products are immediately conveyed to the stoppering device after filling procedure, so possible pollution caused by long distance delivery is avoided.
- The machine adopts vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning. Only after the rubber stoppers are in the accurate place, the stoppering operation can be performed. So, the qualification rate is high.
