For a mud pump, the connecting rod is a very important component since its bigger end and smaller end are linked to crankshaft and crosshead pin respectively to realize power transmission. Given this, our connecting rod is scientifically designed to satisfy every consumer.
Feature
1. This triplex mud pump part has high dimensional accuracy which guarantees excellent concentricity between crankshaft and crosshead pin even under max. load, and its superior mechanical property makes it possible to offer normal performance without the risk of deformation or breakage in various conditions.
2. The connecting rod is constructed from high-quality ZG42CrMo ally steel, and it undergoes normalizing to enhance its hardness to HB230-280.
3. Aside from alloy steel, our connection rod could be constructed from many other materials as well, such as cast iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, nodular cast iron and so on.
