2. The patented triple air-float centering system isapplied by the boring head, and a built-in spindle motor is also equipped. Itcuts down the number of free-floating parts during the centering processgreatly. As a result, the minimum work head inertia and maximum centeringsensitivity are achieved.

This valve seat grinding machine is equipped with integrated spindle motor,and the spindle rotation is controlled by infinitely variable speed method withsensorless vector fluxcontrol, and the speed range is 100-1200rpm. The forward and backward movementsof the spindle are allowed as well. Meanwhile, extremely wide setting range oftorque can realize the constant torque of spindle in lowest RPM. In addition,the spindle rotation speed is showed by a digital display screen which isuseful for accurate speed setting.
