The TRIPFELLA aluminum side cases adjoin the motorcycle's exhaust pipe, and can be designed with a 45° or 90° cutout, ensuring that the case does not come into contact with the exhaust pipe. This design effectively solves clumsy design problems found in other motorcycle side cases. These aluminum cases are also waterproof and break resistant, as well as easily adaptable to changing road and environmental conditions. We offer two sets of side case options: 41L+36L and 41L+38L.

• The cutout design for the aluminum side case around the exhaust pipe of the motorcycle ensures the driving process smooth and stable:
  

  The aluminum side case adjoins the exhaust pipe, but needs to not come into contact with it. For that reason, we specially designed a 90° or 45° cutout aluminum side case to ensure the case's center of gravity is as close as possible to the motorcycle body, but still far enough away from the exhaust pipe. This design ensures the balance of gravity and makes driving more stable.

  The bottom and lids of the aluminum cases are made using a one-step molding technology. The combinations of the pannier lid and the case body are equipped with nylon sealing strips, and feature concave or convex designs to ensure an outstanding sealing effect. Each case has a waterproof performance, no matter how heavy the rain or if a motorcycle passes through a puddle.
• The aluminum box can play a protective role when the motorcycle falls down:
  
  

  If the motorcycle falls, the side case and the protection bar will form a triangular protection area, effectively preventing rider leg injuries.
• Exterior:
  

  The surface of the motorcycle side case features a silver anodic oxidation treatment or black powder coating treatment, giving the side cases a beautiful, easy to clean appearance. Various color options are also available, based on customer requirements. The curved surface design appearance also enhances the strength by 30%. This design also reduces the weight by 20% and wind resistance by 15%.

• Air circulation system:
  

  The system will allow the items in the case to "breathe", thus preventing the formation of odors.

• Stainless steel locksets:
  

  The locksets are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure the safety. Once the safety lock hook is fastened, it will not open easily without a key.
