Post bin blender is successfully developed and manufactured combining world’s advanced technologies with our knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical field. The material bin can be lifted to a suitable height for convenient discharging. This blending machine has no dead corner and exposed bolts, and is featured by reasonable structure, stable performance and easy operation. The rotary mixing hopper is aligned at an angle of 30 degrees to the blending axis, it enables the materials to be mixed in the hopper with rotary turning and simultaneously moved tangentially along the hopper wall to provide the best blending results. The PLC automatic control system is adopted and equipped with infrared safety device and discharge butterfly valve to ensure a safe production process. The blending machine allows materials to be processed through different processing sections in the same container, eliminating the need for frequent feeding of materials. This post bin blender provides excellent performance in aspects of efficient controlling of dust and cross contamination, reduction of material loss and optimization of production process, and is certified in fully accordance with GMP standard in pharmaceutical production.
