102A Egg Grader (5,400 EGGS/HOUR)

-Place eggs on the feeding unit manually.
-Or connect and use to load 30 eggs on the accumulator each time. Through the accumulator, the eggs are divided into 3 rows and transferred into the feeding unit.

Eggs are transported to the candling unit through the roller of the feeding unit. You can check for any leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through candling light by eyes, and manually take them out.

ZENYER (3-print head) is an optional attachment to print the name, logo, date, Julian date, etc. on eggs.

Eggs are weighed and graded into 5 grades.

Graded eggs will roll onto the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
