Latex Coating Machine for Aluminum Tube Sealing
Description of product
The WTD01 latex coating machine for aluminum tube sealing is also known as a coating machine. It is widely used for toothpaste, shoe polish, pigment, pharmaceutical and other daily chemical industries. The machine can be used alone or with other aluminum tube manufacturing equipment to form an automatic machine line.
The machine is connected to the capping machine's discharge groove, and the suction drum sucks the aluminum tube out, then conveys it to the spraying position. The spray gun nozzle enters the tube, and will spray a circle of sealing glue in a diameter of 5-8mm at the end of the aluminum tube. After the spraying process is finished, the spraying un exits, then the suction drum rotates to the dropping groove in order to unscrew the aluminum tube. Tail glue spraying is then finished.
