Plastic Core Coil
Our company, DY, has been manufacturing plastic core coils for more than 20 years. Our rich production experience enables us to customize all kinds of plastic core coils according to clients’ requirement, for example: ignition coils, solenoid, relay coil and other different coils.
Because we have injection molding machines, so we can manufacture the plastic structure of plastic core coils, which makes the cost lower. What’s more, we can get a better understanding of the quality. The quality of structure will also influence the quality of plastic core coils. For example, if there are glitches on the structure, the glitches may puncture enameled wires and then make coils useless during the use. So our workers will exam every structure in case that there are glitches.
