Flanged compressed air filters are used to remove oil, water and particulate pollutants from large volumes of compressed air and gas. The filter housing is made using aluminum alloy or carbon steel with a maximum bearing pressure of 16 bar. The highest filtration rate is 0.01μm with a residual oil content of 0.001ppm. The surface is painted with an epoxy powder to improve durability and corrosion resistance. Flanged compressed air filters are available in 13 models and achieve a ¼"~3" connection and 252 NM³/min flow, making them suitable for all industrial environments.
