Spin Flash Dryer
In our XSZ spin flash dryer, hot air enters into a drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer, which has hot air spouting up at an adjustable speed. Raw material is crushed by a disintegrator and dried by hot air. Crushing the raw material first gives it a larger surface area for more contact with hot air and a fast, thorough, and efficient drying process.
Features of the Spin Flash Dryer
1. Several available feeding systems provide stable feeding without the problem of bridging.
2. A cooling system on the agitating part of the dryer prevents raw material from overheating.
3. A specially designed gas sealing device and shaft cooling device lengthens the life span of the spin flash dryer's driving system.
4. An air distribution system reduces the air pressure drop and improves efficiency of hot air drying.
5. A classification ring in the dryer chamber and the size and final moisture content of the end product is adjustable.
6. This spin flash dryer increases the bulk density of the product compared to other drying equipment
7. A fast spiral air speed inside the industrial dryer means the drying time is short, it could prevent wall-stick problem, and metamorphism of heat-sensitive material.
8. The air blowing system blows air from the bottom of the food dehydrator with a speed of 30-60m/s speed, preventing powder from going back up the hot air pipe.
9. A relatively low outlet air temperature improves the spin flash dryer's drying efficiency.
10. Strong disintegrating system and spiral hot air crushes material to obtain a fine, uniform end product.
