The double balanced weave conveyor belt is produced on the base of balanced weave conveyor belt. The balanced weave conveyor belt consists of left and right spirals which are connected together by crimped or straight rods. For each line of the double balanced weave conveyor belt, there is one additional spiral which has the same direction and crosses with the former spiral.

By using this conveyor belt, there will be no route deviation. And the product is made of high carbon steel or stainless steel which means that the double balanced weave conveyor belt has higher tensile strength even under high temperature and high pressure, comparing with other metal mesh belt.

The double balanced weave conveyor belt can be used under temperature from -40℃ to 1100℃.

It is widely used for conveying of glass, ceramics, copper brazing steel parts and processes of food processing industry such as cooking, baking and cleaning.

The difference between double balanced weave conveyor belts and universal weave conveyor belts which has similar structure with the former one is that the welding points at the edge are different.
