HY-30E Polyurethane Resin for Gravure Printing Ink
The HY-30E polyurethane resin used for making gravure printing ink contains no benzene and ketone solvent. It is a new and eco-friendly PU printing ink resin, suitable for making ethanol and ester-soluble polyurethane gravure inner and table printing inks.
This PU resin is capable of dissolving entirely in ethanol and ester solvent, which enables it to produce benzene and ketone free PU printing inks.
Applications
1. The gravure printing ink made from our HY-30E polyurethane resin can be utilized to print on such films as BOPP, PET and NY that have been surface treated.
2. This type of polymer material is a heat resistant resin in essence, so it can be used to make steaming and boiling resistant printing ink. Attentions, however, must be paid that the temperature should not exceed 120℃ in most cases while reaches over 135℃if you add curing agent.
3. As the polyurethane resin contains a large number of hydrogen bonds, it comes with high adhesion. Plus, it features superior flexibility, low and high temperature resistance, etc. so it can make some special paintings.
