Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Double row cylindrical roller bearings are movable bearings that are designed with a removable structure that make them easy to install and remove. The two row rollers are arranged side by side, making the bearings capable of supporting a high radial load in high rotational speed working conditions. The fluctuation frequency during rotation is twice as high as single row cylindrical roller bearings. The double row cylindrical roller bearings also feature a lower amplitude, making them ideal for use in high load and medium speed lathes with high rigidity requirements.

For example, the outer ring in the NN type double row cylindrical roller bearing has no ribs, while the inner ring is designed with ribs on both sides, and a single rib in the middle. This allows the bearing to shift in both directions in a relative axial direction between the shaft and bearing seat, making them suitable for gear transmission devices, rolling mills and lathes.
