Fluidized Bed Dryer
An exhaust fan will filter fresh air through the GFG/FG fluidized bed dryer, entering the drying chamber after being uniformly distributed. The state of fluidization is formed by stirring the raw materials and applying negative pressure. Damp air evaporates and is removed rapidly so that the raw material dries quickly.
1. A round structure for the fluid bed dryer prevents dead corners. Inside the trolley, an agitator (optional) prevents raw material from agglomerating and forming dead corners.
2. The fluidized bed dryer can dispense the end products manually or automatically.
3. The batch dryer conforms to GMP requirements.
4. Drying speed is fast and temperature is uniform in this continuous dryer. In general the drying time takes 20-30 minutes per batch.
