Duct Elbow Making Machine (Gore Locker)
The duct elbow making machine (gore locker) is designed to create round elbows commonly seen in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The elbow diameter ranges in between 100mm to 1500mm. After cutting the segment via a plasma cutter, it is bent into a round piece and then joint at the seam by a stitch welder. The corresponding parts are then locked by the duct elbow making machine. Constructed with a quick-switch design, you can toggle the positive and negative profiles in short intervals. It is unnecessary to frequently change the forming roller, as is the case with the traditional design. The machine structure may be horizontal or vertical, and the main system may be mechanical or hydraulic powered, as per client's request.
