Double Circle Paddle Mixer
Description
The SJHS series double circle paddle mixer mixes materials by the paddles in the inner and outer layers, featuring a mixing uniformity of up to 97.7% and a short mixing time. This machine is equipped with large section return air duct to reduce dust during operation, so as to provide operators a dust-free production environment and protect their health. In addition, it can also prevent materials from nonuniformly mixed, which can guarantee their quality.
Application
The single shaft double circle paddle mixer can be applied to mix powdery, granular, flaky, lump, viscous materials etc., widely used in feed production industry, grain production industry, food processing industry, pesticide production industry and many other industries.

1. A fully-open discharge gate is employed, featuring a discharge material residue rate of less than 0.1%, which can prevent cross-contamination of different materials.
2. The discharge gate is sealed with silica gel, and the shaft end employs special designed packing seal, which can ensure the mixed materials do not leak.
3. The equipment is equipped with super large access door to facilitate users to repair and save time.
4. The access door is set with travel switch to protect personal safety.
