Automatic Bottle Rinser,QS Series
The QS series of automatic bottle rinsers continuously sprays and washes bottles with high efficiency. Before being filled with mineral water or other liquids, this rotary bottle washer ensures that plastic and glass bottles of different specifications are thoroughly sanitized using sterile compressed air for use in the beverage industry. An overload clutch on the bottle loading device protects bottles and machines in case of any problems or jams and all stainless steel parts of the rinser are food grade safe.
Features:
1. Machine frame is made from carbon steel square pipe (spec:100 x 50 x δ5mm) and plate (spec:δ30mm).
2. Stainless steel plate: 304 2B (spec: δ2mm)
3. Shield material: stainless steel 304 2B(δ2mm)
4. Reduction box of motor: HANGZHOU JIE

6. Water pump: CMF4-40T (GUANGDONG LINGXIAO stage pump, power: 1.1KW)
7. Clamp is made from 304 stainless steel, clamp fork from nylon, and washing lift seat from stainless steel 304
8. Sterile air thoroughly cleans the bottle for 4 seconds
