Features

1. PLC controller controls 7 inverter motors, one of which is main motor. The unwinding and rewinding system is respectively controlled by 2 motors. The infeed and outfeed are respectively led by 1 motor. This separate consoling system ensures the stability and efficiency of the operation.
2. Dual-position unwinding and rewinding system are both controlled by servo motors and equipped with electrostatic eliminator. Servo EPC device can be installed too.
3. Heavy doctor blade can move vertically and horizontally, adapting to different types of printings.
4. The video surveillance system controlled by computer help the printing machine adapt to high speed printing as well as promotes printing precision.
5. Chilling roller cools and help maintaining the structure of printings. This feature makes high speed rotogravure press DGAY1050A especially suitable in flexible package printing.
6. Forced air heating system can be installed. Energy expenditure of the drying system can be reduced at most 80%.
