Board Book Pages Pasting & Glue Binding Line (2 side of board gluing without pull tab area)
The board book pages pasting & glue binding line is used for processing of book blocks of thick cartoon board books. It can handle cardboard in the range of 300gsm-800gsm. Moreover, it can be customized to process different kinds of children's books such as lift-the-flap cartoon board books, peephole books and classic board books according to different needs of customers.
The book production line is capable of performing gluing process and binding process on the paper that has been die-cut and folded, we have designed three models: SY-08, SY-10, SY-12, which can process 8-12 pages once. The children book production line is composed of more than ten sets of the same console. Each console can independently complete glue-applying process of the single printing card paper. Page is conveyed through the conveying line and stick these pages together and become a book block, at last press the book block tightly with bookbinding machine. So the production speed is fast and can reach 1500-3600 copies/hour.

- Each console of the children book production line is equipped with an automatic paper feeding device and automatic gluing system, which can use stencil positioning and coating glue on special-shaped sheet paper according to customer requirements.
- Our production line features a CNC man-machine interface, adopts the Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and NSK bearings, realizing automatic operation, which has the characteristics of low noise, easy operation and high precision of positioning.
- Our production line adopts an stencil gluing method, which can save glue. Moreover, the glue will not overflow, and the paper will not deform from this gluing method.
- Our production line is equipped with an alarm system, which lights warning lights of different colors according to different conditions. Operators can solve problems in time by directly reading the colors of warning lights. For example, red light will alarm when there is no paper delivery, yellow light will alarm if there is a paper shortage before gluing, and green light will light in normal condition.
- Compared with the ordinary pasting machine, our shaped board book pages mounting & binding production line can not only realize the comprehensive gluing of classic board books, but also complete the partial gluing of opening pages, which can make the inner pages of books more diversified and full of vivid images that kids will love.
