The aluminum can manufacturing plant is a kind of automatic production line. All of the production equipment can both be used independently and combine to be automatic production lines of different use according to different requirement. The main requirement includes: impact cold extrusion press, finishing machine, washing and rinsing machine, accumulator, internal lacquering machine, lacquer curing oven, primer coating machine, aluminum aerosol and can printing machine, drying oven, necking machine.
All of the equipment of this series adopts Siemens PLC control and has stable performance. To save the energy, the curving oven and the drying oven adopt gas heating. The main assembly unit and the control element of all of the equipment adopt famous brand which have stable and reliable performance. The transmissions of the products after every process are automatic connections which can make the products in and out automatically. The color touch screen can display the production rate, yield and some other instant production information to make your management of the production more convenient.
