Hollow Rotary Die
Our hollow rotary die has a space inside it. In die cutting process, the wastes will be suck into the cavity of the blades, automatically squeezed in turn and then they will fall into the empty space inside the hollow rotary die. Finally, the wastes will be removed from the exhaust opening at the side of the die.
The hollow rotary cutting tool can easily and quietly remove diecut scraps but it only removes those with regular shapes, such as round holes and square holes. This hollow rotary die can achieve the optimal waste disposal effects when working on round-hole materials in diameter of 3-10mm.
