Features
1. The spindle rotation and feed of our T170S vertical fine boringmachine are realized by the variable frequency stepless speed control method, and the numbers aredisplayed on the digital screen. The speed range is wide, and the spindle feedand rapid movement can be controlled by adjusting the potentiometer.
2. A quick centering device is equipped with the spindle, so the processingefficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the handwheel which is used to control the movement of the spindle is set on the carriage,and facile operation is achieved.
3. Boring hole diametersurveying device and depth control device are equipped with the machine, andthe operation is easy. As a result, the precise processing is available.Meanwhile, this fine boring machine has a working table which allowslongitudinal and cross movement, and it is convenient to control.
4. PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) is adopted bythis machine to control the movement of each part, and the automatic operationsare achieved including boring hole processing, spindle returning movement andthe input of boring hole parameters. In addition, operator and machine communicating interface areapplied which allows easy and convenient operation.
5. The spindle is replaceable, and various spindles can be equipped with thisproduct. This machine is suitable for cylinder with diameter range from 20mm to170mm. The maximum boring depth is 400mm, and the boring precision is H7(0.012mm). So, it is the ideal boring machine for users who have strictrequirements in the accuracy and precision. In addition, for cylinders withlarge diameter (200mm or 250mm), T200A, T250A, TX170A, TX200A, TX250A, TXM170A,TXM200A and TXM250A etc are also available.
