Piston Compressor Package
The piston compressor package, or reciprocating compressor package, is designed for industrial refrigeration applications. Both single stage and two stage versions are available.
Single stage compressor models: 2AV-12.5 /4AV-12.5 /6AW-12.5 /8AS-12.5 /4AV-17 /6AW-17 /8AS-17
Two stage compressor models: S4-12.5 /S6-12.5 /S8-12.5 /S6-17 /S8-17
Features of the Piston Compressor Package
1. CAD optimized compressor valve ensures smaller resistance and extended lifespan.
2. Monoblock casting for piston ring retains elasticity in long run
3. Through dynamic balance testing, the crank shaft offers superior balance and small vibration.
4. Spark quenching for cylinder jacket boasts higher wearing resistance.
5. Elastic coupling provides the reciprocating compressor with higher efficiency and lower power consumption.
6. Available with capacity regulation function, the refrigeration compressor is allowed for no-load starting and partial-load running. This further reduces powder consumption.
