Tray Dryer / Curing Oven
The CT-C model tray dryer is a curing oven which uses steam, electric, gas or oil as a heat source. A laminar flow passes through the drying trays and transfers heat to drying raw material. Fresh air enters the tray dryer from one vent while hot air and moisture are discharged from an outlet vent, maintaining the appropriate RH level. The ultimate advantage of this steam dryer is that most hot air is recycled, increasing heat transmission and saving energy. It also raises the efficiency of the cabinet dryer from 3-8% to 35-50%. The electric dryer also adopts reinforced ventilation to decrease the temperature difference. The user can adjust the air distributor to keep the temperature difference in its best state.
The model CT-C series curing oven has an axial fan that is relatively quiet and resistant to high temperatures as well as an automatic constant temperature control system and computer control system according to the customer's preference.
