Corrosion Protection Packaging Solution for Ferrous Metals
Protect carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, grain-oriented silicon steel, non-oriented silicon steel, phosphate coated steel, steel flange, and powder metallurgy steel with our VCI paper.

Please note that other than ferrous metals, the anti rust paper is also suitable for packing aluminum.

How is the VCI Packaging Paper Created?
Acid-free crepe paper or plain paper saturated with volatile corrosion inhibitor. The resulting paper is often utilized as VCI package. A layer of polyethylene film can be laminated over the package, serving as a water barrier. Custom printing is available. VCI packaging products meet QB1319 or JIS Z 1535 requirements.

Applications of VCI Paper
VCI paper is ideal corrosion protection packaging commonly used in military industry, machinery, auto parts, electrical engineering, and metal hardware industries. Upon storage or shipping, metal parts need to be cleaned and dried out before being wrapped in our VCI package. Or as an alternative, use VCI packaging paper as internal lining and padding of a container into which the entire assembly of metal parts is placed. If the outer package has no waterproof or sealing features whatsoever, we suggest PE coated VCI paper be used and sealed with adhesive tapes.

Storage
We recommend keeping VCI packaging material dry, out of direct sunlight and sealed in their original shipping cartons, bags or containers while in storage. The shelf-life of VCI paper is 3 years starting from the date of manufacture.
